Salisbury Builders took on a huge job for us, with a 2 storey wrap around extension and full remodeling of our run-down ex-council semi.
Salisbury have a capable team of trades, and Kev at the helm certainly knows his stuff. He had a solution for every challenge that we encountered, and helped improve the end result with suggested improvements along the way.
During the course of the project Kev once said to me "this is my baby too you know", which I think speaks volumes for Salisbury Builders' approach. Kev takes great pride in his work, which means a high standard of work for his customers.

Kev was very professional from start to finish and though our little.extension at the rear of the property was small, all of the team were hardworking and very positive throughout the build.
The extension was finished to a very high standard and in fact shows the rest of the house up.

We recently had a major renovation of our kitchen/dining room including the removal of some structural walls, and after obtaining several quotes we asked Kevin at Salisbury Builders to carry out the work for us, and we are glad we did.
From the beginning Kevin was open and honest with everything, giving us a clear and detailed breakdown of the work and costs and working with us where compromises needed to be found from what was in our heads to what could be done.
Kevin was happy to work directly with the structural engineers and the local planning and building control officers to ensure the work was as stress free as it could be for us and was happy to explain things numerous times and in non-technical language, so we understood everything.
There were no delays in starting the work and Kevin was onsite everyday to oversee the works and ensure it matched his exacting standards (even removing part of a brick-built steel support that he was unhappy with, despite it being perfectly sound from a structural perspective).
Kevin and his team were friendly, polite and always happy to go the extra mile throughout the work, even when we asked for changes as we went through, Kevin ensured these were facilitated and that we understood the impact.
During the works Kevin and the team always left the spaces clean and tidy (or as much as is possible during this type of work) and always ensured we had working facilities before he left site.
Throughout the work Kevin continued to ensure he was onsite everyday and delivered the work he promised, to the timescale and budget that he had originally quoted.
We would have no hesitation in recommending Kevin and his team to any prospective clients.

Needed some internal work, including walls and chimney removal. Price was competitive and the work was excellent. Turned up on time, kept us informed and no hidden extras! Not only was the work first class he also took the hassle of building control, submitted the documents and when the inspector wanted an extra bracket for the chimney, he was there, as arranged 2 days later to fit it. If anyone is thinking of needing building work, make sure you include Kevin in your plans.

Kevin of Salisbury Builders did a great job for us. It was only a small task (installing some gallows brackets to support a chimney stack) but he was very responsive, knowledgeable and professional. Kevin was quick to call and to come and see the work that was needed to be done. He provided a competitive quote and quickly carried out the work for the price agreed. He was punctual and very helpful whilst he was here. The quality of his work is very good and he made sure that he cleaned everything up both during and after the works were complete. I have put his number in my phone and without doubt will use him for all my future building works etc that I have.

We could not rate Kevin and his team more highly. From helping us to plan the work, being here everyday and ensuring everything was perfect through to ensuring the work was completed within time, budget and to our satisfaction. Kevin and team from Salisbury Builders did and amazing job on our house. We had 4 internal walls removed, downstairs cloakroom moved, front door re-situated, bathroom fitted, new kitchen fitted and wooden flooring throughout. We also installed a new boiler, un-vented hot water cylinder and new radiators throughout. The workmanship was to a very high standard, we couldn't be happier with the quality of finish. Kevin took so much pride in his work and has created our dream home. We would highly recommend.

Kevin and his team from Salisbury Builders are down to earth practical builders. Kevin is very straightforward and does what it takes to get the job done and no dramas. He liaised with Building Control to ensure no problems with certificates. I requested a few minor extras/additions and Kevin obliged without any fuss. All in all a very good job.
